About you:
You enjoy building strong relationships and understand how important the right systems are to keeping hospitality businesses running smoothly. You’re confident talking to different people, from customers and engineers to sales colleagues and senior stakeholders, and you adapt your approach to suit each conversation.

• Manage the full sales cycle within your accounts, spotting opportunities to improve efficiency and grow value using Access hospitality products.
• Use your knowledge of hotel systems such as Property Management Systems (PMS), Point of Sale (POS) systems, conferencing and distribution platforms to have informed, practical conversations with customers.
• Work closely with teams across Access, including pre sales and Customer Success, to deliver the right outcomes for each customer.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Experience using, or an interest in learning, structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, which focuses on understanding customer needs, decision making and value.
• Confidence working to targets and creating your own sales plan to achieve them.
• Experience forecasting sales activity and keeping information accurate and up to date.
• Confidence demonstrating software products both remotely and in person using a consultative, value led approach.
