Job Description:

Summary: 

The Account Manager (AM) is responsible for managing and developing relationships with key deposition agencies, law firm clients, and potential clients. This involves delivering excellent service, as well as up-selling and cross-selling opportunities. The role includes responding to quotation requests, keeping clients updated on Epiq’s offerings, and supporting marketing campaigns. The AM will handle both inbound and outbound account management, arrange conference calls and product demos, and oversee the logistical aspects of deposition matters. Additionally, the position requires participation in professional development and experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce

Roles and responsibilities: 

  • Establishing a day-to-day relationship with deposition agencies, law firm clients and potential clients. 
  • Responding to incoming queries for quotations. 
  • Ensuring that clients and prospective clients are kept up to date with developments to Epiq’s proposition. 
  • Supporting the follow up of marketing campaigns in order to drive attendance to events. 
  • Outbound and inbound account management and leading marketing campaigns. 
  • Research accounts, identify key stakeholders and generate interest. 
  • Setup conference calls and demos for product offerings. 
  • Participating in training sessions, meetings, skill building and professional development classes. 
  • Oversee the logistical requirements of deposition matters, through to completion 

Required skills:

  • Experience within Salesforce or similar CRM. 
  • Prominent organizational and presentation skills. 
  • Highly proficient within MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to multi-task, priorities and managed time effectively. 
  • Ability to manage sales revenue target and track monthly sales output. 
  • Must be a motivated self-starter, problem solver and customer service/goal oriented. 
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent.
