Serve as a trusted, client-facing Technical Account Manager for Cloud Managed Services, providing strategic guidance on eDiscovery, legal technology, information governance, and cloud solutions. Lead new-account revenue growth for Epiq Counsel in the UK by prospecting FTSE 100/250 in-house legal teams, managing the full sales lifecycle, delivering tailored proposals, maintaining pipeline and CRM hygiene, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure onboarding and delivery.

Client-facing role designing legal workflows and AI-enabled solutions. Translate lawyer needs into LLM-based agents, prototypes, and governed workflows; document requirements; evaluate outputs; coordinate data, document, and change teams; and drive adoption and measurable value for law firm clients.

Develop and execute social media strategies and paid campaigns that convert engagement into measurable demand. Integrate social into cross-functional campaigns, create and optimize content, deliver enablement and training, monitor market trends and competitor activity, and use performance data to improve engagement, conversions, and lead-generation outcomes.

Lead and grow client relationships and a team of client services professionals for eDiscovery matters. Oversee project scoping, staffing, budgets, WIP, billing, quality control, and client communications; drive best practices, training, escalation handling, and regional sales support while mentoring staff and supporting strategic initiatives.

The Principal Consultant provides expert advice to clients, develops consulting plans, monitors progress, and fosters collaboration within the team to achieve high-quality results.
