Manage client relationships and deliver eDiscovery projects by coordinating schedules, forecasts, quality checks, communications, and escalations. Lead teams, maintain project status records, ensure client satisfaction, and review financials and billing to meet deadlines and service standards.

Lead new-account revenue growth for Epiq Counsel in the UK by prospecting FTSE 100/250 in-house legal teams, managing the full sales lifecycle, delivering tailored proposals, maintaining pipeline and CRM hygiene, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure onboarding and delivery.
