About OneDome

OneDome is building the UK’s most joined-up home-moving ecosystem, bringing together mortgages, conveyancing, protection, wealth and property services under one platform.

We partner with a wide range of B2B organisations — including estate agents, accountants, payroll and aligned introducers — helping them deliver better outcomes for their customers while generating sustainable, scalable growth for OneDome.

As we scale, our focus is on driving more value and revenue from existing partnerships through insight, collaboration and commercial thinking.

The Role

This is a commercial account management role, not a servicing position.

You will take ownership of a portfolio of existing B2B partners and be responsible for driving account growth, improving performance and increasing revenue through upsell and cross-sell of OneDome services.

You’ll use data and insight to identify opportunities, lead structured partner conversations, and act as the day-to-day owner of the relationship — serving as the link between our partners and internal teams across sales, marketing, operations and product.

This role suits someone who enjoys accountability, is commercially curious, and believes strong relationships should deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio of existing B2B partner accounts
  • Drive account growth through upsell, cross-sell and improved partner performance
  • Use data and performance insight to identify opportunities, trends and underperformance
  • Run structured partner review meetings with clear actions and outcomes
  • Act as the conduit between partners and internal teams
  • Proactively bring ideas that increase partner engagement and commercial return
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline tracking and performance reporting

What We’re Looking For

  • We’re looking for a motivated, commercially minded Account Manager who wants to grow their career in a fast-moving, data-driven B2B environment.
  • You will have:
  • 3–6 years’ experience in Account Management, Partnerships or B2B Sales, ideally within SaaS, fintech or proptech
  • Proven experience driving upsell, cross-sell or account growth within an existing client base
  • Experience using consultative, value-based selling to drive commercial outcomes (ROI, efficiency, growth)
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate confidently with a range of stakeholders
  • Good organisational skills and a commercial mindset, comfortable managing multiple accounts
  • Clear presentation and communication skills
  • Experience using CRM systems, pipeline management and performance reporting
  • A target-driven mindset, comfortable operating in a performance-based role
  • A collaborative approach, owning results while contributing to team success
  • Desirable (but not essential):
  • Exposure to financial services, property or other regulated environments
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, operations or product teams

What’s on Offer

  • Base salary: £38,000 – £45,000 (dependent on experience)
  • OTE structure: 60:40 (base to variable)
  • OTE: £53,000 – £65,000
  • Commission/bonus linked to:
  • Annual revenue across account portfolio
  • Year-on-year growth within existing partners
  • Retention and long-term account performance
  • Opportunity to exceed OTE
  • Clear expectations, coaching and progression
  • Hybrid working and a strong commercial culture
