About eBay Live:

We’re looking for an Account Lead to help our biggest, Collectibles sellers thrive within eBay Live broadcasts. You’ll be the trusted partner guiding top sellers after they launch — helping them grow audiences, drive GMV, and become category leaders.

About the team and the role:

This role combines relationship management, strategy, and performance coaching. You’ll help sellers improve stream quality, optimize their business operations, and connect their goals to eBay Live’s broader growth vision.

The Account Lead for eBay Live plays a pivotal role in encouraging positive relationships with top strategic sellers. They also lead key initiatives to improve seller benchmarks, partnerships, GMV, and programming optimization. This position is dedicated to accelerating the growth of sellers and coaching a small team of account managers through consultative partnerships and knowledge sharing, focusing on the most strategic and vital relationships within the assigned categories. 

What you will accomplish:

  • Manage eBay’s largest Live accounts through strategic business reviews, customized growth plans, and data-driven optimizations.

  • Lead the Collectibles "pod" by coaching 1–2 team members and spearheading large-scale seller initiatives.

  • Guide enterprise sellers through platform integrations, policy changes, and advanced selling strategies to ensure compliance and success.

  • Partner with internal business units to resolve complex seller issues and establish standardized protocols for the seller community.

  • Track and report on seller metrics and the effectiveness of educational initiatives to hit ambitious growth targets.

What you will bring:

  • Deep knowledge of and passion for TCG, Comics, and Sports Memorabilia.
  • 5+ years in e-commerce and account management, specifically working with enterprise-level clients.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead independently and coach team members to maintain high performance.

  • A data-driven mindset with comfort in P&L, analytics, and modeling to tell a compelling business story.

  • Executive-level verbal and written skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong project management skills with the adaptability to pivot in a fast-paced environment.

  • Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace and a strong understanding of digital advertising.
