About you:
You enjoy building relationships and spotting opportunities where others might not. You like understanding how a business works and showing people how software can make their day-to-day easier. You’re motivated by results, but you also care about doing things the right way. At Access, we’ll support you to grow your career in a stable, growing software business where you can be yourself and do work that makes a difference.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Sell a range of Access software solutions to hospitality businesses across the UK.
• Find and engage new customers through calls, referrals and networking, explaining our products in a clear and simple way.
• Understand each customer’s needs and match them with the right solution.
• Manage your own sales pipeline, handling conversations through to close and building long-term relationships.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Experience in business-to-business sales, ideally within software or technology.
• Confidence working independently and managing your own time and priorities.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical products in plain English.
• A positive, resilient approach and a genuine interest in learning and improving.
