About Us

LoyaltyLion is a data-driven loyalty and engagement platform trusted by thousands of ecommerce brands worldwide. Merchants use LoyaltyLion when they want a loyalty program that is proven to increase customer engagement, retention and spend. Stores using LoyaltyLion typically generate at least $15 for every $1 they spend on the platform.

Today, LoyaltyLion works with over 10,000 ecommerce brands. Our mission is to help them succeed in the age of Amazon, where they may not be able to compete on price and logistics but can offer a better customer experience. An experience where customers feel valued, rather than just another number.

It’s been an incredible few years for LoyaltyLion. We closed funding of $12.5m in 2021 and another $12m in 2022. We’ve built out our Leadership team, amongst other key senior hires and we continue to set our sights high, achieving spots in both the Deloitte Fast 50 and the FT1000.

Oh, and did we mention our recent successes, such as our G2 reviews, where we are the no.1 in loyalty management in the world or where we've been voted No. 8 in the Best UK Software 2024 list...

The role

By joining LoyaltyLion’s sales team, you will become a loyalty expert, educating high-growth merchants on the value of customer retention and engagement. This is not a boiler-room sales floor: we collaborate, empower and celebrate each other’s successes (with a little healthy competition along the way!)

You will be closing on deals from a wide variety of ecommerce retailers and merchants, some that you will have sourced yourself as well as referrals from our partnerships team and sales qualified leads from our team of Sales Development Representatives.

What you'll be doing:

- Prospecting Shopify organisations to uncover new business opportunities

- Proactively engaging and educating prospects on the importance of customer retention and fostering a loyal customer base

- Acting as a trusted advisor to customers

- Presenting the solution to clients and managing them through a 1-3 month sales life-cycle

- Closing recurring contracts valued at £3,000 - £15,000 ARR (annual recurring revenue)

- Working SQLs that have been qualified by our Business Development, Partnerships and Marketing teams

Requirements:

This is a great opportunity for someone with a few years sales experience looking to add their efforts and insights to a growing team.

- Proven ability in B2B sales (SaaS, and if you have martech or ecommerce experience that’s a huge bonus)

- The ability to sell a solution with a “consultative” approach

- Someone who’s excited by growth - professional, personal, company

- A desire to make your mark in a small but growing team

- Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment

- Someone who can bring new ideas for us to adapt to, too!
