The Role

We've got an exciting opportunity to join us as an Account Executive, to help drive our business forward with new engagements and existing clients alike.


As part of your role, you will have the important task of connecting with retail clients and in particular a focus on working on renewals of existing business but with the opportunity to win new clients for the group, including ensuring all the needs for new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments are completely understood and addressed. This will involve finding the right coverages, offering competitive pricing, and providing outstanding service to clients and colleagues alike.


What you'll do

  • Review client documentation to ensure that information presented is sufficiently comprehensive (and accurate!) to support the quoting process to Insurers and to the client.
  • Diligently collate and communicate clients’ requirements to ensure appropriate marketing of the risk.
  • Produce high quality, accurate quotation and policy documentation and ensuring appropriate authorisations are secured.

  • You'll be someone with some prior knowledge of the market, including an awareness of competitors, specific territory knowledge, cultural awareness.
  • You have a customer-focussed approach, with strong networking and influencing skills. People are key to us!

  • Calm and resilient, yet accurate and efficient
