About you:
You're a confident sales professional who enjoys building relationships and finding solutions that help customers succeed. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy winning new business, and are equally motivated by growing long-term customer partnerships. You'll be comfortable managing a varied portfolio, balancing new opportunities with existing customer relationships, and using a consultative approach to understand customer needs.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Build and manage relationships with customers across the events and hospitality sector, acting as their primary commercial contact.
• Win new business through prospecting, product demonstrations and consultative sales conversations.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through renewals, cross-sell and upsell activity.
• Maintain accurate customer and pipeline information, while providing regular updates on performance and sales activity.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Experience selling software as a service (SaaS) solutions or working within a variable revenue environment.
• Experience in consultative selling, outbound sales and building a healthy sales pipeline.
• Confidence using customer relationship management (CRM) systems, forecasting tools and sales data to support decision-making.
• Knowledge of the hospitality or events industry.
