What we’re about

At Harrison.ai (formerly known as Annalise.ai), we’re redefining what’s possible in healthcare. Through our diagnostic AI solutions, we’re building tools that support clinicians to deliver earlier, more accurate diagnoses and raise the standard of care for millions of patients worldwide.

Our mission is bold but simple: to scale global healthcare capacity and create a fairer, healthier world. By using AI as a co-pilot for clinicians, we’re tackling one of healthcare’s biggest challenges, the shortage of human expertise, and giving every patient the chance to access timely, high-quality care, no matter where they live.

Because while we’re building cutting-edge AI, what we’re really building is hope—that everyone can access the healthcare they deserve.

And we’re just getting started.

About Your Role

Harrison.ai is in an exciting phase of rapid growth in the UK, and we’re seeking a proactive, commercially astute Account Executive to help drive our expansion and sales strategy across the Midlands and Northern UK. This role plays a pivotal part in strengthening our presence, generating revenue, and building long-term, trusted relationships with imaging leaders across the NHS.

As a key member of our Sales team, you will design and execute territory plans, drive solution sales through direct engagement and channel partnerships, and consistently grow market share and customer impact within your assigned region. This role requires someone with strong radiology domain knowledge. Ideally a Radiographer or a professional who can demonstrate deep knowledge in imaging. Who can confidently engage clinicians, think creatively to open new opportunities, and take initiative to get in front of customers.

Joining our dynamic and fast-growing organisation offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact. You will have the autonomy to shape the commercial trajectory of your region, build a robust client and partner network, and be hands-on in engaging NHS Teams. This will include travel, with periodic early starts or late finishes where needed.

Ultimately, you will play a key role in scaling transformational technology across radiology, improving patient outcomes and creating significant lasting positive impact in healthcare.

What You'll Do:
  • Engage NHS radiology stakeholders as a trusted advisor, leveraging strong clinical imaging knowledge (radiographer background preferred).

  • Conduct frequent face-to-face site visits to drive engagement, support adoption, run clinical demos, and gather customer feedback.

  • Support customer events and broader NHS engagement activities to build awareness and strengthen relationships.

  • Identify and create new opportunities through proactive outreach, market insights, and creative problem-solving.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial presentation through to commercial negotiation and deal closing.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, including leading major contract negotiations.

  • Maintain a qualified pipeline and consistently meet or exceed regional bookings targets.

  • Contribute strategic input on navigating the NHS and broader healthcare market.

  • Develop and execute regional sales and marketing plans aligned to business objectives.

  • Provide detailed regional market analysis, including TAM and market penetration plans.

  • Collaborate with the Regional Director and leadership on regional strategy, planning, and monthly performance measures.

  • Forecast sales volume and profit for existing and new products.

  • Liaise with product teams to provide structured market insights and customer feedback.

  • Maintain accurate opportunity information in Salesforce, including pricing, status, and timelines, to ensure reliable forecasting.

  • Prepare proposals and quotations through Harrison.ai’s commercial processes.

  • Provide regular activity updates and participate in regional sales calls with the Regional Director.

  • Flex work hours when required for key commercial activities (e.g., early/late clinical sessions or strategic meetings).

What You Bring:
  • Creative commercial problem-solver, able to identify, create, and advance new opportunities.

  • Self-starter with strong personal accountability and ability to operate autonomously.

  • Experience in radiology environments (e.g. PACS, RIS, imaging AI) and relevant clinical workflow knowledge.

  • Open to feedback and committed to continuous learning and improvement, with a growth mindset and willingness to refine approach based on real-world customer experience.

  • Working knowledge and experience of NHS procurement pathways.

  • Exceptional customer-facing professionalism — listens well, asks insightful questions, builds consensus, and advances opportunities.

  • Strong ethics and experience operating within a structured or regulated sales environment.

  • Highly developed communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.

  • Comfortable with frequent regional travel (up to 50%).

    Desirable

  • Experience selling into NHS radiology services or imaging networks.

  • Strong experience executing the full business development and sales cycle from first conversation to deal closing.
