Meet the Team

Join the Cisco team responsible for one of our most strategic international customer relationships. This role supports Sky, a leading European media and telecommunications company and a key part of the broader Comcast portfolio. You will work alongside experienced Solutions Engineers, Customer Experience leaders, specialists, partners, and executive sponsors supporting Sky. Together, the team helps customers modernize infrastructure, accelerate business transformation, and leverage Cisco's full portfolio to deliver business outcomes. This is a highly visible role with significant executive engagement, cross-functional leadership, and growth responsibility across one of Cisco's most important international accounts.

Your Impact

As the Account Executive for Sky, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing executive relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and orchestrating Cisco resources to support Sky's business and technology priorities.

You will serve as the primary account leader for Sky, working closely with Cisco specialists, business units, Customer Experience teams, partners, and other Cisco account leaders supporting Comcast-related businesses to align priorities, share insights, and drive strategic customer outcomes.

This is a highly customer-facing role that requires regular in-person engagement with Sky customers. The successful candidate will be expected to build trusted relationships across executive, business, operational, and technical teams through consistent presence, active engagement, and a deep understanding of Sky's priorities, challenges, and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Cisco relationship for Sky across technology, business, operational, and executive partners.
  • Develop and execute account strategies that drive growth, technology adoption, customer retention, and long-term business expansion.
  • Build positive relationships with executive leaders, architects, engineers, operations teams, and procurement partners.
  • Lead complex sales opportunities across Cisco's portfolio, coordinating specialists, Customer Experience teams, partners, and business units.
  • Collaborate with Cisco account leaders supporting Comcast-related businesses to understand common priorities, leverage shared findings, and align Cisco strategies where appropriate while maintaining a dedicated focus on Sky's unique business objectives and technology priorities.
  • Maintain a strong customer presence through regular in-person meetings, executive engagement, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions with Sky collaborators.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of enterprise technology sales, account management, or strategic customer leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated experience running complex customer relationships and multi-stakeholder sales opportunities.
  • Experience developing account plans, running pipeline, and delivering forecast commitments.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting telecommunications, service provider, media, or large enterprisecustomers.
  • Strong executive presence with experience engaging senior technology and business leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to build executive relationships and establish trusted advisor status through consistent customer engagement and presence.
  • Ability to influence outcomes across organizations without direct authority.
  • Knowledge of networking, security, observability, collaboration, cloud, AI, and related technology solutions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
