Role Summary
This is a Salesforce‑focused sales role responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities across Salesforce consulting, implementation, integration (including MuleSoft), and managed services. A key focus will be acquiring include retail, financial services, manufacturing, travel transport and hospitality, energy and utilities in there please, building strong relationships with Salesforce teams, and driving multi‑cloud Salesforce transformation engagements. The ideal candidate has a hunter mindset, strong Salesforce ecosystem knowledge, and a proven track record of selling Salesforce or SaaS professional services.

Key Responsibilities
Salesforce & Retail Solution Sales
    • Drive end‑to‑end sales of Salesforce consulting, implementation, and managed services—specifically targeting retail and consumer businesses.
    • Position AbsoluteLabs’ Salesforce capabilities across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and related Retail solutions.
New Business Acquisition
    • Proactively identify and secure new retail clients through outbound prospecting, networking, partnerships, and industry engagement.
    • Build a strong pipeline of Salesforce transformation opportunities aligned to revenue targets.
Client Engagement & Advisory
    • Engage with C‑suite, IT leadership, Retail Ops, Digital, and CRM stakeholders to understand business needs and propose Salesforce‑driven solutions.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients optimise their retail processes—customer experience, personalisation, loyalty, service operations, e‑commerce, integrations, and data strategy—through Salesforce.
Partner Alignment – Salesforce & MuleSoft
    • Work closely with Salesforce AE teams to co‑sell into retail accounts and align on joint go‑to‑market motions.
    • Leverage MuleSoft (API/Integration) capabilities as part of larger retail digital transformation deals.
Sales Cycle Ownership
    • Own the full sales lifecycle—from lead generation to qualification, presentation, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
    • Deliver accurate forecasting and maintain CRM hygiene in Salesforce.
Market & Industry Knowledge
    • Stay current on Salesforce product releases, retail industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer expectations to drive informed, high‑value conversations.

Qualifications
    • Proven track record in Salesforce services sales, SaaS sales, or consulting services sales.
    • Experience selling into the retail or consumer sector is highly preferred.
    • Strong relationships within the Salesforce partner ecosystem or experience in co-selling with Salesforce AEs.
    • Deep understanding of Salesforce multi‑cloud offerings and how they apply to retail use cases.
    • Hunter mindset with success in meeting or exceeding revenue quotas.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
    • Strong organisational discipline to manage multiple deals and activities.
    • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales tools.
    • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, consulting‑driven environment.
