ROLE PURPOSE

As an Experiential Marketing Account Executive at Dentsu Creative, you will play a key role in delivering innovative and engaging experiential marketing campaigns for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage day-to-day account activities, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, creatively, and on schedule. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Client Relationship Management:  

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the agency and the client. 

  • Understand client goals, brand guidelines, and marketing objectives. 

  • Maintain strong relationships by providing regular updates, reports, and recommendations. 

  • Day-to-day management of client accounts, handle client requests and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded. 

 

Event & Campaign Planning 

  • Assist in developing event concepts, activations, and experiential marketing strategies. 

  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and strategy development. 

  • Ensure event plans align with client budgets and objectives. 

  • Maintaining a high level of knowledge of the sponsorship/marketing industry  

  • Helping the team with New Business pitches, producing documents and client presentations 

  • Assisting in the development of creative ideas, undertaking research as requested and ensure ideas are possible to implement within specific parameters and budget 

 

Project & Vendor Management 

  • Coordinate logistics, timelines, and deliverables for events. 

  • Liaise with vendors, venues, staffing agencies, and production teams. 

  • Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure smooth operations. 

 

Budgeting & Financial Oversight: 

  • Assist in preparing project budgets and cost estimates. 

  • Track and manage spending to ensure projects stay within budget. 

  • Handle invoices, payments, and expense reports for events. 

 

Reporting & Performance Analysis 

  • Gather data and feedback from events and campaigns. 

  • Prepare post-event reports, including key metrics, ROI, and insights. 

  • Present results and recommendations to clients for future improvements.

  • Highly organised and flexible 

  • Experience managing or assisting with live events or marketing campaigns. 

  • The ideal candidate will have some exposure to creative or events.
