About The Opportunity

A Partnerships & Digital Products Account Executive is responsible for driving new member acquisition and incremental revenue growth through the management and strategic development of partner relationships and WeWork's digital products. The role combines commercial acumen with digital expertise, focusing on developing partner relationships, identifying growth opportunities and nurturing key accounts.

In this role, you will:

  • Engage with customers post-sale to optimise client outcomes by ensuring a world-class customer experience throughout the member life cycle

  • Understand different user personas, requirements, success metrics, and how they map to the client’s key business objectives

  • Use data to identify growth opportunities and launch revenue focused initiatives using the full suite of WeWork’s digital products

  • Work with internal stakeholders to identify upsell / cross sell opportunities through training, data analysis and member case studies

  • Partner with our Accounts team to provide subject matter expertise across digital products in order to advance the strategic partnerships and enable the long-term retention of the account

  • Educate WeWork stakeholders across Sales and Community on changes to WeWork’s digital products, including product updates and use cases

  • Export monthly booking and revenue reports to ensure appropriate invoicing for key partnerships

  • Work with marketing and legal stakeholders to send NDA’s, create pitch decks and draft partnership agreements

  • Maintain a proactive communication cadence with key partnerships to drive increased adoption of WeWork’s digital products

  • Update WeWork’s internal stakeholders on prospective and existing partnerships

About You:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualifications

  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Demonstrable experience in succeeding in fast-paced, KPI driven sales environment

  • 5+ years of professional experience in sales, account management, or related deal closing fields

  • Experience onboarding customers with SAAS products is highly desirable

  • Demonstrated proficiency in building strong client relationships across accounts and multiple partners, including executive-level leaders

  • Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit

  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills

  • Project management and business operations experience ideal

  • Strong generalist - highly competent with the ability to wear many hats

  • Highly flexible and adaptable to continuous change and growth

  • Excellent communicator - verbal and written

  • Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy
