The Opportunity:
PureSpectrum is seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Director to join our UK team. As the Account Director, you will be responsible for managing and expanding key client relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. This role will report to VP of Account Management within the Client team.

This is a hybrid position. Candidates must be able to commute to the London office 3x a week.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Understand client needs and objectives, and provide strategic recommendations and solutions to drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospects and clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring contract terms and conditions are met.
  • Track and report on sales performance and KPIs, providing regular updates to management.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Account Director or similar role in the market research, technology, or related industry.
  • Ability to review a client brief and advise on the best scripting and/or sampling approach
  • Ability to work effectively with our Services Operations team to deliver sample-only data collection projects
  • Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
