The Data Delivery & Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end coordination, quality assurance, and governance of media data within the Cockpit programme across multiple markets. Acting as the central point of contact between local market teams, global Nestlé stakeholders, and external data partners, this role ensures the timely delivery of accurate, high-quality data that supports MMM modelling and business decision-making. The successful candidate will drive process consistency, manage complex stakeholder relationships, resolve data-related issues, and oversee programme timelines to ensure smooth and efficient execution across all participating markets.

Data Delivery and Project Management

Own and maintain the Cockpit refresh calendar for all participating markets, ensuring alignment with MMM modelling timelines.

  • Coordinate with local market teams, data processing vendors (e.g., Redmill), and global & z-EUR Nestle to ensure timely submission of accurate data to meet cockpit calendar.
  • Manage ad-hoc refresh requests and assess feasibility against resource and process constraints.

Data Quality Assurance

  • Review and validate incoming media plan data for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to agreed formats (e.g., no channels with impressions but zero spend).
  • Perform central QA checks before data is loaded into Cockpit, or oversee local QA when/if decentralised.
  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies (e.g., spend, impressions, reach) with local teams.

Process Governance & Standardisation

  • Enforce agreed actualisation processes for Cockpit markets
  • Ensure consistent application of data governance rules, including mandatory metrics, cost allocation, and added value treatment.

Stakeholder Management

Act as the central point of contact for the cockpit program between:

  • Local OpenMind (OM) market teams
  • Global Nestlé stakeholders (e.g., Z-EUR, IT)
  • Data processing vendors (e.g., Redmill)
  • Facilitate alignment calls to resolve blockers and ensure all parties are informed of timelines, dependencies, and changes.
  • Communicate clearly on delays, risks, and mitigation plans.

Primary Skills

  • Strong background in media planning, buying, or media operations with a deep understanding of campaign structures, channels, and metrics.
  • Experience managing multi-market data workflows and working with multiple stakeholders across geographies.
  • Proven ability to interpret and troubleshoot media data (spend, impressions, reach, CPM/CPC calculations).
  • Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical data issues to non-technical stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
