About This Role:

We are looking for an Account Coordinator to join our Account Management / UK Commercial team based in London. This is a hybrid role, with regular collaboration from our Old Street office. At Atolls, your role will be instrumental in helping grow our UK Community and Voucher market, creating exceptional user experiences and empowering consumers to make informed and confident shopping decisions. You’ll act as a trusted consultant for our partners while supporting client relationship management, campaign execution, and commercial growth.

As a key part of the team, you’ll be directly involved in building and enhancing the digital destinations our users rely on throughout their shopping journeys helping shape how millions of consumers interact with our platforms every day.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and negotiate long-term commercial agreements with clients
  • Act as a consultant and trusted partner to retailers, understanding their business goals
  • Support client relationship management and day-to-day campaign execution
  • Analyze performance data and provide strategic recommendations to optimize partner campaigns
  • Identify opportunities for solution expansion and new campaigns
  • Represent Atolls in negotiations, events, and conferences
  • Educate partners on the company’s solutions, tools, and new features
  • Regularly assess partner performance against goals and report on campaign results
  • Maintain open, proactive communication with partners and address challenges effectively
  • Share account updates and planned commercial strategies with your Vertical Lead
  • Lead initiatives that make our platform more effective, intuitive, and enjoyable for users
  • Translate ideas into practical solutions by collaborating cross-functionally
  • Use data to continuously improve performance and decision-making
  • Create scalable processes that support team efficiency, growth and drive projects aligned with our values
 Your Profile:
  • Must Have:
    • Fluent in English
    • Strong organizational skills; comfortable in a fast-paced environment
    • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
    • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data
    • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce (or similar tools)
    • Ability to manage a portfolio of accounts efficiently and effectively
  • Nice to Have:
    • Experience in Affiliate Marketing
    • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing analytics
    • Strong negotiation skills and experience securing long-term partnerships
    • Forward-thinking mindset with the ability to build long-term strategies
