Responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned account(s). Manages/coordinates Client projects from planning to completion. May serve as the daily contact between the Ageny and the Client. Effectively executes strategies, problem-solves, and develops solid business relationships. Provides Client service support.

ABM & Tech Partnerships Executive Role – from January 2026

Purpose of the Role

This new position is designed to strengthen our intelligence-led marketing capability and technology partnership engagement, supporting strategic growth objectives in 2026. It combines Account-Based Marketing (ABM) support with partner marketing coordination, ensuring we deliver high-impact campaigns and co-funded initiatives that attract significant-scale accounts.

Role Profile

  • Title: ABM & Tech Partnerships Executive
  • Location: London (Hybrid, 3 days in office)
  • Salary: Up to £35,000 + benefits
  • Experience: 2 years in marketing or digital agency environment (preferably B2B)
  • Education: Good degree in academic or digital discipline
  • Core Skills:
    • Basic HubSpot reporting (training provided for advanced dashboards)
    • Copywriting and campaign coordination
    • Interest in technology, AI, and innovation
    • Strong research and insight gathering ability

Key Deliverables

  • Monthly HubSpot performance reports
  • Support for ABM campaigns and live events
  • Coordination of co-funded partner marketing initiatives
  • Market and buyer insight research
  • High-quality marketing copy for campaigns and partner communications

KPIs

  • Timely delivery of HubSpot reports with actionable insights
  • Contribution to ABM campaign engagement and lead quality
  • Successful execution of partner campaigns within agreed timelines
  • Positive feedback from internal stakeholders and tech partners
  • Targets candidates with 2 years’ experience at a junior level, not entry-level.
  • Offers strong development pathway:
    • Year 1: Learn ABM principles, HubSpot reporting, and partner marketing basics
    • Year 2: Progress to managing ABM campaigns and co-funded initiatives independently
    • Year 3: Potential to step into a Senior ABM & Partnerships role

This role will free senior marketing resources to focus on strategic initiatives while ensuring operational excellence in ABM and partner marketing. It positions us to deliver intelligence-led campaigns that align with buyer intent priorities and strengthen our tech ecosystem relationships.
