Assigns all Client Partners or Project Managers on any new customer projects and if a replacement is required on existing projects
Identifies team goals and objectives with the Vertical VP and supports the Client Partners or Project Managers in achieving their goals
Assesses project performance across time, scope and budget and helps Client Partners or Project Managers escalate as needed
Communicates lessons learned to increase knowledge across the team
Coaches and mentors team associates to ensure their successful contribution to JDA
Drives to deliver high quality implementations and improve overall customer satisfaction for JDA Services
Ensures that associate(s) adhere to JDA policies, procedures, methodologies and quality.
Works with Client Partners or Project Managers to ensures that CLD goals are met and appropriate training is completed
Maintains Project Manager utilization at 70% or Client Partner utilization at 40%
Maintains and builds a sense of community within their team
At the request of the Client Partner or Vertical VP, engages with customers on projects due to escalated issues or if the project requires additional oversight, associate guidance or training.
Supports the Client Partners or Project Managers in delivering forecast accuracy and driving the reduction of A/R
Helps define and roll out strategic initiatives with senior leadership throughout the consulting services organization
Demonstrated experience presenting and interfacing with C-Level Executives.
Demonstrated leadership experience in consulting services and sales
Facilitates, drives and owns process improvement initiatives within Consulting Services and across other departments within JDA
Responsible for ensuring JEM compliance across all active projects by conducting regular audits, if applicable
Responsible for driving change and recommending process improvement in the JEM process
Coordinates with COE and Resource Controllers to staff projects which require on-shore COE Project Managers or off-shore COE Project Coordinators, if applicable
Ability to step in and represent the VP in internal and external projects
Travels extensively within region
