We are looking for a talented 3D Designer to bring live environments, brand overlays and experiential spaces to life. This is a role for someone who can turn a creative brief into a visually compelling, spatially intelligent and production-aware 3D world, from early concept exploration through to polished client-facing renders.

Your Mission

  • Build the World: Develop detailed 3D models and renders that translate creative ideas into immersive, believable live environments.
  • Support the Story: Work closely with the wider creative team to ensure each visualisation strengthens the project narrative and communicates the design intent clearly.
  • Design with Reality in Mind: Consider scale, materials, ergonomics, sightlines, movement and production feasibility from the earliest stages.
  • Refine Through Feedback: Adapt models, layouts and renders quickly in response to internal, client and production feedback.
  • Deliver Visual Quality: Maintain a high standard of finish across all 3D outputs, from fast-turnaround concept visuals to polished presentation renders.

Your Toolkit

We need a spatial designer with a strong visual eye and a practical understanding of live build environments. You should be confident in:

  • 3D Modelling & Rendering: Strong skills in 3ds Max or Maya, V-Ray, Lumion, SketchUp or equivalent visualisation software.
  • Adobe Suite: Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign to support texture creation, presentation layouts and visual refinement.
  • Spatial Awareness: A strong understanding of scale, proportion, lighting, guest flow and how people interact with physical environments.
  • Production Understanding: Awareness of materials, fabrication methods, event overlay, exhibitions, retail environments or temporary structures.
  • Bonus Skills: Knowledge of Unreal Engine, Adobe Premiere or real-time visualisation workflows would be highly advantageous.

Who You Are

  • A Visual Problem-Solver: You can find smart ways to make an idea look exceptional while keeping it buildable.
  • Detail-Driven: You care about texture, light, composition, finish and the small cues that make a render feel convincing.
  • Collaborative: You can work with designers, CAD, production and account teams to keep the creative intent intact.
  • Fast and Flexible: You are comfortable moving quickly, iterating often and staying composed when deadlines tighten.

Why LIVE·TEAM?

You’ll be working on some of the most exciting projects in the sports, entertainment and cultural industries with a team that values bold thinking, practical craft and flawless execution. If you’re ready to help shape what live experiences can become, we want to hear from you.
