Intetics Inc., a global technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Analyst / Business Analyst / Product Owner to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis.
Project Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the product vision, measurable success metrics, and business objectives, ensuring alignment with client’s strategic goals and customer needs. Own the day-to-day decisions that maximise ROI for customers and the business.
- Translate the vision and strategy into a forward-looking roadmap, and backlog of prioritized epics and releases that deliver maximum value.
- Make informed decisions on product scope and trade-offs, balancing user impact, technical feasibility, risk, and budget / timeline constraints. Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and continuously refine the product goal and track product KPIs, customer feedback to improve product performance,
- Ensure backlog readiness, validating that each item is clear, appropriately sized, and prioritized—partnering with Business Analysts for detailed requirements capture.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement, communicating product decisions, facilitating alignment across business, technology, and executive teams, and leading sprint reviews and demos.
- Oversee release planning and go-to-market readiness, approving completed increments against the Definition of Done, aligning with partners and operations, and monitoring post-launch adoption. Ensure all legal, data privacy and security related requirements are met.
- Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and resolve impediments, surfacing cross-team dependencies early and escalating issues that threaten timelines or value delivery. 8)Integrate useful agile practices and Lean principles into the product development process. Encourage a culture of experimentation, learning, and adaptation within the team.

- Skilled in prototyping and business process modelling, with a strong focus on delivering solutions that align with customer needs.
