The role requires at least five years of quota-carrying UK commercial sales experience, consistent net-new business achievement, channel partnership expertise, and the ability to lead collaborative team sales.

Lead People Success strategy and execution across EMEA by partnering with business leaders and HRBPs on talent, leadership, performance, and capability priorities. Translate global initiatives into locally relevant programs, use workforce analytics to guide talent decisions, coach senior leaders, and influence enterprise People & Culture solutions. The role also supports AI-enabled workforce transformation and operates across complex, multicultural environments.
