The Principal People Business Partner will advise senior leaders on organizational design and employee engagement, ensuring legal compliance and managing performance initiatives in the UK/I region through data analytics and collaboration with P&C Centers of Excellence.

Provide senior-level administrative support to EMEA Field Sales executives: manage communications, calendars, travel, confidential information, and coordinate the Executive Briefing Centre and high-profile engagements.

Provide legal advice on EMEA employment matters, collaborate with HR on compliance, manage disputes and lawsuits, and draft employment policies.

Act as a consultative value specialist supporting sales: lead value discovery with clients, build TCO/ROI financial models and business cases, present to C-level stakeholders, and drive value-based engagements across accounts.
