The Director of Partner Sales will lead sales initiatives in the UKI & MEA region, develop strategies for partner relationships, manage cross-functional teams, and provide market insights to achieve significant sales growth.

Manage an assigned UK commercial territory to acquire net-new logos and upsell within mid-market accounts (750–5,000 employees). Build business cases, partner with technical and channel teams, generate pipeline, and execute the full sales process to meet quota.

Serve as the primary post-sales technical contact for SLED customers, drive adoption of Zscaler Zero Trust solutions, provide technical guidance, manage escalations, create adoption and risk-mitigation plans, and produce best-practice playbooks to ensure long-term customer success.

The Principal Product Specialist will drive sales strategy, manage Proof of Concept processes, and facilitate customer engagement for DSPM solutions across EMEA, ensuring product evolution based on customer feedback.

Provide legal advice on EMEA employment matters, collaborate with HR on compliance, manage disputes and lawsuits, and draft employment policies.
