Set standards for customer outcomes, regulatory control, quality, and consistency; lead transformation and AI-enabled process improvements; oversee forecasting, capacity planning, complex case decisions, controls, and reporting; and represent complaints with senior leaders and regulators. Build a high-performing leadership team and drive root-cause improvements across Product, Operations, Risk, Legal, and Compliance.

Own and evolve Zopa’s motion design language across brand, campaigns, performance marketing, web, CRM, social, and product communications. Create short-form video, storyboards, templates, asset libraries, and accessible digital content. Collaborate with marketers, designers, writers, and external production partners while exploring AI-assisted workflows and maintaining high standards for craft, consistency, and delivery.

Leads the B2B marketing function for Zopa for Business, defining strategy, budgets, demand generation, partner marketing, buyer experiences, measurement, and AI-enabled operations. Builds a scalable marketing capability across Retail Finance, Payments, Partnerships, and Auto Finance, connecting marketing activity to qualified demand, pipeline, partner growth, conversion, and revenue. Requires close collaboration with Product, Commercial, Sales, and external agencies while developing the team and maintaining delivery accountability.
