The Product Analyst will guide development of Zopa’s Joint Current Account through customer and product analysis. Responsibilities include partnering with product, design, engineering, and analytics teams; designing experiments; defining performance and customer-experience metrics; managing an analytics roadmap; and building AI-enabled analytics tools and internal data applications. The role requires translating complex data into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Analyze transaction-enrichment data using Python and SQL, identify failure patterns, form hypotheses, and prototype solutions. Design evaluations, including LLM-as-judge methods, to assess accuracy, cost, and coverage trade-offs. Translate findings into product recommendations and implementation guidance while collaborating with Product and Engineering. The role requires practical experimentation, LLM API usage, data-quality analysis, and clear communication with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Support Zopa’s planning, forecasting, budgeting, scenario modelling and capital decision-making. Analyze financial risks, opportunities, credit performance and impairment assumptions across P&L, balance sheet, liquidity and funding. Partner with Finance, Risk, Product and Treasury teams to challenge assumptions, improve forecasting models and produce decision-ready analysis for senior stakeholders and committees. Help strengthen Anaplan outputs and use AI tools to improve planning efficiency.
