Lead and build the Marketing Analytics function, partnering with senior stakeholders to shape measurement, attribution and growth strategies. Manage and develop a team of four analysts, define multi-channel measurement frameworks, improve analytics maturity, ensure analytical rigor, and influence acquisition, CRM and marketing investment decisions to drive commercial impact.

As a Product Manager for Membership & Growth, you will own the roadmap for customer data services, coordinate with engineers, and address product teams' data needs. You will balance technical improvements with business value while enhancing data quality for cross-sell initiatives.

Lead technical accounting for new products, transactions and contracts; own accounting policy, annual report delivery and auditor engagements; provide expert IFRS guidance, ESG reporting, and implement finance systems. Manage the Technical Accounting team and partner across Finance and external stakeholders.
