Manage strategic onboarding and implementation programs for ZoomInfo customers, translating go-to-market objectives into deployed solutions, workflows, timelines, and measurable outcomes. Lead discovery, project planning, stakeholder coordination, risk management, customer training partnerships, and cross-functional delivery. Advise customers on sales and marketing processes, ensure product adoption, and transition completed implementations to Customer Success and Account Management teams.

Manages and develops an outbound Sales Development team by recruiting, training, coaching, and improving SDR performance. Establishes metrics, oversees reports and dashboards, partners with Marketing and Account Executives on territory-based campaigns, and drives qualified pipeline generation. The role also advances AI-enabled prospecting, sales automation, process improvement, and SDR enablement while supporting hiring and onboarding.

Prospect into enterprise customers to expand relationships and build pipeline for Account Managers. Educate prospects on ZoomInfo’s solutions, understand business pain points, personalize outreach, uncover opportunities, execute prospecting plans, and collaborate with Account Managers to drive sales expansion and revenue.
