Leads and develops a team of Technical Account Managers supporting strategic enterprise customers. The role sets KPIs, manages performance, handles executive escalations, partners with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering, and drives retention, expansion, service quality, and process improvements using data and AI-enabled solutions.

Leads customer success across EMEA, owning revenue retention, product adoption, customer satisfaction, and regional growth for an enterprise SaaS portfolio. Manages and mentors regional customer success leaders and teams, executes regional strategy aligned with global priorities, and drives transformation through cross-functional delivery. Requires a strong record of improving gross revenue retention, adoption, and customer outcomes, plus deep knowledge of EMEA markets and willingness to travel internationally.

Drive Zoom Phone sales across UK&I mid-market and enterprise accounts by partnering with account executives and channel partners. Manage opportunities from discovery through close, deliver tailored product and AI-services demonstrations, provide sales and partner training, maintain Salesforce pipeline and forecasts, lead executive conversations, support strategic deals, analyze ROI and TCO, and contribute customer feedback and go-to-market insights.
