Partners with senior leaders to execute people strategy across an international organization. Leads workforce planning, organizational design, talent and succession planning, performance management, employee engagement, change initiatives, employee relations, policy development, and employment-law compliance. Uses HR analytics and AI-driven insights to inform decisions, strengthen capability, improve culture, and manage workforce risks. Supports the HR Director while coaching leaders and delivering strategic and operational HR solutions.

Supports two senior executives through complex international travel coordination, diary management, organization, communication, and changing-priority management. The role requires discretion, professionalism, accuracy, initiative, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced London headquarters environment, with opportunities for increased responsibility and career development.

Lead Zodiac Maritime’s digital transformation and long-term technology strategy. Manage technology leadership teams, enterprise architecture, SaaS and cloud adoption, data initiatives, cybersecurity, governance, digital solution implementations, major programmes, budgets, and strategic technology vendors. Partner with senior stakeholders to drive business alignment, cultural change, innovation, operational efficiency, and secure technology adoption across the organisation and maritime operations.
