Teams at Zip

As the founding Enterprise Architect, you will build the function from scratch, lead technical discussions with executives, develop integration plans, and drive strategic initiatives across EMEA, all while shaping the future of Zip's enterprise architecture.

Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation for enterprise customers, configure the product to customer requirements, run trainings and Q&A, manage projects across multiple customers, delegate to solutions/technical consultants, collaborate with product and engineering, and continuously improve post-sales processes to accelerate time-to-value.

Own marketing-sourced leads across channels, nurture and qualify prospects, liaise between sales and marketing, become a product expert, run experiments to improve GTM processes, and educate stakeholders on Zip content and industry trends.
