Develops benefits communications and self-service resources while improving workflows through HR technology, automation, and AI. Partners with HR, Legal, Finance, Payroll, Procurement, and global vendors to deliver competitive, compliant, and employee-centered benefits.

Leads social media and content growth through mobile-first video production, influencer and UGC partnerships, commercial brand deliverables, and strategic channel expansion. The role involves filming, editing, presenting, creator management, launching YouTube and Reddit channels, protecting organic engagement, and collaborating with partnerships, paid media, SEO, UX, and brand teams.
