Own full-cycle global recruitment across technology and fintech functions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, pipeline development, stakeholder advising, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Use ATS platforms, recruitment analytics, generative AI, and modern sourcing methods to improve hiring velocity, candidate quality, diversity, and experience. Partner with business leaders across international markets and provide talent-market intelligence and strategic hiring insights.

Provide dedicated dual executive support to the CPTO and CRCO, managing complex calendars, inboxes, travel, meetings, briefing materials, offsites, and executive events. Coordinate priorities, track deliverables, protect executive time, and provide cross-functional support within a collaborative EA team. The role requires strong Google Workspace expertise, proactive task ownership, adaptability, and practical AI literacy in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Provides first-line employee relations support, manages disciplinary, grievance, performance, probation, and review processes, and maintains accurate case documentation. Owns recurring People processes in HiBob, produces headcount and ER reporting, supports manager self-service, maintains policies and guides, and identifies process improvements. The role partners with People Business Partners across the organization, particularly supporting Product and Engineering teams, while applying employment law fundamentals and responsible AI practices.
