Lead end-to-end enterprise CRM and digital transformation programs across Salesforce, ServiceNow, and CPQ. Drive capability modeling, operating model design, solution and requirement engineering, legacy-to-cloud migration, API/microservices integration, Agile delivery as Product Owner, stakeholder engagement, change management, UAT, and governance to optimize business outcomes.

Lead remediation and quality governance for large Salesforce Classic orgs: run and author PMD rules, enforce static-analysis gates, fix production-impacting Apex/Visualforce issues while preserving behavior, manage platform governor limits and storage, own CI/CD deployment readiness, produce governance reporting, and act as technical client-facing lead in a regulated enterprise environment.
