Senior Accountant responsible for consolidated financial statements, month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, global payroll accounting, M&A accounting, technical accounting papers, accounting policies, audit coordination, and reporting process improvements. The role partners across Finance and the wider business in an international scale-up environment, supporting complex transactions, systems projects, shareholder reporting, ESG reporting, and evolving processes.

Leads energy policy development and public affairs for battery energy storage. Responsibilities include monitoring UK energy regulation, drafting consultation responses and policy positions, advising internal teams, engaging Government, Ofgem, NESO and industry stakeholders, influencing political decision-makers, representing the company at external forums, and supporting regional stakeholder engagement.

Lead Zenobe’s transmission grid connection activities, including applications, connection offers, agreements, securities, milestones, compliance, and energisation requirements. Manage relationships with NESO, transmission owners, and distribution network operators; resolve project issues; assess technical requirements; and guide engineering and delivery teams. Lead engagement on Grid Code changes, connection reforms, and industry consultations. Support future connection options and energy project or M&A assessments while ensuring requirements are incorporated into project designs and programmes.
