Lead Zenobe’s transmission grid connection activities, including applications, connection offers, agreements, securities, milestones, compliance, and energisation requirements. Manage relationships with NESO, transmission owners, and distribution network operators; resolve project issues; assess technical requirements; and guide engineering and delivery teams. Lead engagement on Grid Code changes, connection reforms, and industry consultations. Support future connection options and energy project or M&A assessments while ensuring requirements are incorporated into project designs and programmes.

Lead monitoring and analysis of UK energy policy affecting battery energy storage; develop Zenobē policy positions and consultation responses; engage political stakeholders, regulators and industry groups; represent the company at forums and events; coordinate cross-business policy advice and support stakeholder engagement for projects.

Lead FP&A strategic planning, scenario and capital allocation analysis; partner with leadership to translate financial insight into decisions; improve FP&A processes, models and tools; support M&A, underwriting and business development; mentor junior analysts and embed analytics/AI in finance to scale the team and support rapid geographic and product growth.
