Lead commercial operations for London schools: set targets, manage Account Managers, build senior school relationships, execute campaigns, improve booking efficiency, drive retention, and increase platform adoption.

Lead end-to-end product design across discovery to delivery, partnering with product, engineering and commercial teams. Shape workflows, evolve the design system, mentor designers, and create mobile-first, accessible experiences that improve teacher–school matching and user outcomes.

Work closely with the CEO as a one-person Chief of Staff to drive strategy, lead due diligence, manage product commercial rollouts, deliver cross-organizational process improvements, and own communications to internal and external stakeholders including the Board.
