Teams at Zen Educate

Own Zen Educate’s internal IT systems and corporate security posture. Lead identity and access management, SaaS governance, endpoint security, security policies, vulnerability and incident management, compliance evidence, audits, and vendor assurance. Build scalable automation for onboarding, role changes, offboarding, device provisioning, access reviews, license management, and security workflows. Partner with leadership, People, Legal, Data Protection, Engineering, Finance, and Business Systems to deliver proportionate, measurable security improvements.

Lead the UK People function for a rapidly growing organization. Coach managers, improve performance and progression practices, support workforce planning, evolve hiring processes, manage complex employee relations matters, ensure UK employment compliance, develop people metrics, and build scalable policies, systems, and processes. The role partners closely with founders and senior leadership while leading a 270-plus-person UK organization.

Owns analysis and execution of major supply-side and commercial decisions, including educator recruitment, lead-generation spending, candidate processes, and regional capacity. Builds analytical models, validates data, structures ambiguous problems, and influences regional and account-management teams to act on recommendations. The role requires strong ownership, mathematical ability, communication, and hands-on execution in a fast-growing education technology company.
