Detect, investigate, and mitigate fraud across merchant acquiring and payment platforms. Monitor transactions, identify fraud typologies, manage chargebacks and disputes, support merchant onboarding and underwriting, and maintain risk controls. Collaborate with card schemes, acquiring partners, processors, and compliance teams while ensuring adherence to UK regulations, AML/CTF obligations, PCI DSS, and scheme rules.

Manage payment disputes across Mastercard, Visa, FPS, and BACS; investigate transaction issues; perform account reconciliations and regulatory reporting; support safeguarding compliance; improve processes, documentation, and SLAs; handle escalations and stakeholder inquiries; and coordinate merchant debt recovery. The role also contributes to payment product requirements and requires strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Sell Zeller's payment products to UK merchants via outbound and field sales. Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, closing, and after-sales support. Manage pipeline in HubSpot, use sales tools, collaborate with global teams, and help build the UK sales culture and processes.
