Build executive and engineering relationships and support long sales and design-in processes.

Provide implementation and ongoing consulting for SaaS workforce/timekeeping solutions. Lead solution design workshops, create solution design documents, deliver training, support project teams, analyze customer needs, recommend configuration changes, and act as subject matter expert throughout the customer lifecycle.
