Partners with senior sales leaders to drive profitable growth through revenue, margin, pipeline, forecasting, and scenario analysis. Translates complex financial data into executive recommendations, builds Excel models and Power BI dashboards, improves commercial planning processes, and leads two Sales Finance Analysts. Requires strong stakeholder influence, financial modeling, presentation, and commercial finance expertise within a multinational or matrixed environment.

Advises business stakeholders through complex reporting, data analysis, dashboards, data modeling, and data-driven recommendations. Reviews data accuracy, identifies trends, maintains governance and quality standards, and resolves complex reporting issues. Designs cross-system analytical models and data pipelines using Python, SQL, and cloud data warehouses. Presents findings to executive audiences, supports strategic decision-making, and coaches junior analysts on governance, analysis, reporting, and data presentation.

Supports EMEA channel marketing activities focused on resellers, distributors, and ISV partners. Manages partner data, marketing activity tracking, operational reporting, campaign coordination, and program administration using Excel and Salesforce. The role requires strong multitasking, initiative, problem-solving, and ownership of daily responsibilities, with regular collaboration from the Bourne End office.
