Own the end-to-end lifecycle, strategy, roadmap, monetization, and delivery of fibre products. Gather customer and market insights, define requirements and metrics, guide cross-functional development, support go-to-market teams, and collaborate with operations, engineering, architecture, marketing, and customers to launch innovative telecommunications services.

Drive revenue growth and strategic relationships with data centre operators and managed service providers. Develop account plans, identify connectivity opportunities, negotiate contracts, close deals, manage resale and technology partnerships, and lead co-selling activities. Own customer revenue streams, minimize churn, analyze markets, collaborate cross-functionally, and report on sales performance, forecasts, and KPIs.

Provide technical leadership for Zayo’s packet product portfolio, shaping roadmap input, network architecture, technology adoption, product cost optimization, technical standards, release delivery, and operational readiness. Support complex customer solutions, provide Tier 4 guidance, create technical playbooks and procedures, train Operations teams, and collaborate across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Finance, and commercial stakeholders.
