Provide technical leadership for Zayo’s packet product portfolio, shaping roadmap input, network architecture, technology adoption, product cost optimization, technical standards, release delivery, and operational readiness. Support complex customer solutions, provide Tier 4 guidance, create technical playbooks and procedures, train Operations teams, and collaborate across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Finance, and commercial stakeholders.

Provides first-line support for dark fibre and optical transport networks in a 24x7 NOC. Responsibilities include fault triage, ticket ownership, service restoration, alarm monitoring, OTDR and optical test analysis, service turn-up, circuit validation, customer communication, data centre coordination, and operational reporting. The role collaborates with field engineers, suppliers, customers, and internal teams while supporting change management, service assurance, and compliance activities.

Own the commercial success and lifecycle of Zayo Europe’s Packet portfolio, including roadmap input, P&L targets, pricing, peering strategy, customer engagement, and product delivery. Partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Pricing, and global teams to build business cases, enable sales, support complex deals, execute campaigns, and drive adoption. Define product metrics, analyze commercial data, and improve outcomes through measurable results.
