Owns the application of AI and LLM capabilities across YouGov Sport’s data products. Defines use cases and requirements, designs evaluation frameworks, validates outputs, governs data access, coordinates AWS and third-party partners, and develops scalable AI deployment practices. The role collaborates with product, data, BI, commercial, and client-facing teams to ensure AI features are accurate, explainable, relevant, and valuable.

Own the strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, performance, and commercial success of YouGov’s BrandIndex syndicated data product. Lead discovery, development, launch, optimization, and retirement while partnering with engineering, data science, research, marketing, and commercial teams. Use customer, market, usage, and commercial insights to prioritize improvements, build business cases, and drive scalable product growth. Serve as the organizational subject matter expert and communicate product direction, risks, and trade-offs to senior stakeholders.

Manage and grow a portfolio of consumer-sector clients by achieving sales targets through renewals, cross-selling, and upselling. Develop account plans, forecasts, proposals, and tailored client materials; lead commercial negotiations; maintain client relationships; and collaborate with New Business, Client Services, and Product teams. The role also supports cross-product strategies for Financial Services clients and applies structured sales methodologies to drive deal progression.
