Own a multi-sector territory and revenue target, generating, qualifying, forecasting, and closing complex new-business opportunities across YouGov’s data, analytics, and research solutions. Lead discovery, pitches, negotiations, pricing, and client relationships while partnering with Research, Product, and SDR teams. Use Salesforce, Gong, and YouGov platforms to manage pipelines, develop data-led proposals, identify growth opportunities, and support account expansion.

Owns project management across the Enterprise Systems and IT portfolio, developing business cases, ROI models, project plans, RAID logs, governance, and status reporting. Transitions mobilized projects into delivery, managing scope, budgets, risks, suppliers, stakeholders, benefits realization, business-as-usual handover, and post-implementation reviews. The role also creates reusable portfolio frameworks and provides senior leaders with accurate portfolio health reporting.

Leads YouGov’s UK Sport division, overseeing commercial growth, sales strategy, client servicing, team performance, contract negotiations, and delivery quality. Builds relationships across the UK sports sector, manages a team of 20+ employees, develops syndicated and custom research opportunities, supports marketing and thought leadership, and partners with Product and Data teams to improve sector offerings, workflows, integrations, and client deliverables.
