The People & Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing HR operations, employee lifecycle events, onboarding, documentation, and maintaining the HR tech stack, focusing on improving employee experiences and ensuring compliance.

Act as primary client contact to build partnerships, support Agile team leadership and facilitation, monitor performance and profitability, coordinate staffing, and ensure follow-through on actions to maintain healthy, high-performing engagements.
