Manage enterprise customer relationships, drive Yext platform adoption, support retention and expansion, develop strategic success plans, identify upsell opportunities, manage renewal risks, forecast renewals, and communicate product value and roadmap insights. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Product Management, Services, and Solution Engineering while using customer analytics and digital marketing expertise to improve outcomes.

Build and maintain full-stack web applications using React and backend technologies, develop ETL jobs for customer data in the Yext Knowledge Graph, improve development tooling, advise stakeholders on technical tradeoffs, collaborate with product, design, and project management, and deliver clean, tested code through Scrum-based development.

Coordinates enterprise sales pods through account research, stakeholder mapping, personalized outreach, lead qualification, meeting scheduling, proposal and demo preparation, CRM maintenance, and pipeline tracking. Uses AI tools, MCP integrations, and Yext’s Scout platform to detect buying signals, automate research, analyze account visibility, and generate actionable intelligence. Partners with account executives, Marketing, and Customer Success to support multi-threaded account engagement and deal progression.
