Own the enterprise Power BI adoption roadmap, driving measurable usage and business value. Build stakeholder engagement, champion networks, training programs, governance standards, semantic models, certified datasets, workspace controls, and reporting design principles. Develop and optimize flagship dashboards, troubleshoot performance, establish deployment and security practices, and reduce duplicated or ungoverned reporting. The role combines deep Power BI technical expertise with enterprise change leadership and hands-on enablement.

Design, implement, troubleshoot, and operate enterprise IoT network solutions. Responsibilities include onboarding devices through Cisco DNA Center, isolating and securing IoT traffic, integrating sensors and actuators, testing solutions, scaling network infrastructure, and documenting architectures and procedures. The role requires production experience with Cisco SD Access, DNAC, and VxLAN, plus IoT protocols, programming, cloud IoT platforms, security practices, and hardware integration.

Own end-to-end client onboarding and migration programmes for a global payments technology platform. Manage plans, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, governance, quality, and change through go-live and service transition. Lead matrixed project managers and workstream leads across development, testing, security, training, operations, and business solutions. Manage senior client stakeholders and coordinate with the PMO to ensure delivery follows established methodologies and governance standards.
