Act as the People & Culture partner for Engineering and Product: shape people strategy, lead talent and performance cycles, advise on employee relations, organizational design, workforce and succession planning, drive people projects, use data to identify improvements, collaborate with Talent Acquisition and the global People & Culture team to support growth.

Lead new-logo enterprise sales across DACH and Nordic financial services accounts. Manage full sales cycle, build C-suite relationships, run demos/workshops, negotiate contracts, and achieve annual revenue targets.

Create and execute content-driven demand generation campaigns aligned to ICPs and buying stages. Own content planning, long-form thought leadership, social and blog output, nurture programs, campaign tracking in HubSpot/Salesforce, and cross-functional collaboration to drive qualified pipeline and measurable business impact.
