Lead platform product strategy and delivery for an AI-native data automation platform. Drive migration of legacy capabilities, define and build AI/ML platform features, manage prioritisation and internal service model, coordinate cross-functional teams, and grow a high-performing product organisation to support regulated financial services use cases.

Manage a portfolio of financial-services clients to drive adoption, retention, expansion, and ROI of Xceptor. Act as trusted advisor, develop outcome success plans, monitor usage/NPS, run demos/webinars, surface upsell opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional delivery to ensure client satisfaction and reduced churn.

Act as the People & Culture partner for Engineering and Product: shape people strategy, lead talent and performance cycles, advise on employee relations, organizational design, workforce and succession planning, drive people projects, use data to identify improvements, collaborate with Talent Acquisition and the global People & Culture team to support growth.

Drive new logo enterprise sales across DACH and Nordic financial services accounts. Manage full sales cycle from prospecting, demos/workshops, and RFx to negotiation and contract close. Build C-suite relationships, hit annual revenue targets, and consistently exceed quotas while applying capital markets knowledge and sales methodologies.
