As a Backend Engineer, you will design and maintain scalable backend systems, focusing on performance and reliability, primarily using Rust or C++. You will work with distributed systems and various databases while contributing directly to production infrastructure.

Design and ship high-performance, pixel-perfect iOS experiences using Swift, SwiftUI/UISKit and Combine; optimize memory/CPU/GPU; integrate high-throughput APIs or model outputs; own features end-to-end through App Store deployment; collaborate with AI researchers to deliver scalable mobile AI products.

Design and implement high-quality Android features using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. Architect large-scale production apps, optimize performance, stability, and reliability, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver delightful user experiences while owning large product areas.

This role involves supporting non-U.S. regulatory litigation, responding to RFIs, and managing outside counsel spend. Requires strong strategic thinking and organizational skills.
