We focus on building high-quality software and are eager to delve into complex technical problems to solve them in the most optimal way.

  • Experience in high-quality UI and UX design

Additionally, experience in any of the following technologies and experiences may help a candidate stand out:

  • Strong understanding of the HTTP protocol
  • Experience in advanced web technologies such as WebGL, WebSockets, WebAssembly, web workers, and PWAs

Candidates should be prepared to attend late evening meetings at least twice a week to align with our California-based team. Additionally, this position requires semi-regular business trips to California.

Interview process

After submitting your application, the team reviews your CV and statement of exceptional work. If your application passes this stage, you will be invited to a 15 minute interview (“phone interview”) during which a member of our team will ask some basic questions. If you clear the initial phone interview, you will enter the main process, which consists of four technical interviews:

  1. Coding interview in TypeScript: Write a small app in React
  2. HTML/CSS interview: Given a screenshot of a UI, implement it
  3. Design a UI in a tool of your choice (e.g. Figma or Photoshop)
  4. Meet the wider team and give a 20 minute presentation about previous design projects and complex UI flows you have implemented

Our goal is to finish the process within one week. We don’t rely on recruiters for assessments. Every application is reviewed by a member of our technical team. All interviews will be conducted via Google Meet.
