Serves as the bridge between clients and internal technical teams, aligning priorities, timelines, risks, and commitments. Builds trust across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, and manufacturing stakeholders while supporting proposals, governance meetings, account growth, and senior client discussions. Requires strong CMC industry knowledge, exceptional communication, Mandarin fluency, and experience in pharmaceutical, CRO, or CDMO environments.

Leads European business development for TIDES oligonucleotide and peptide discovery CRDMO services. Builds strategic customer and partner relationships, secures new business, expands existing accounts, and drives revenue growth. The role manages the regional BD team, executes commercial strategy, oversees complex sales cycles, forecasting, and CRM pipeline discipline, and collaborates with global commercial, scientific, operational, and executive stakeholders. It also represents the company at industry events and supports strategic collaborations and critical customer issue resolution.
