Prepare and serve meals per established menus, maintain front-of-house cleanliness, follow food safety and storage procedures, monitor inventory, provide friendly service and address dietary needs, attend training, and support catering operations.

The Hospitality Assistant will support food service delivery and hygiene maintenance, ensuring high-quality meal presentation and safety. Responsibilities include assisting with food preparation, providing excellent customer service, managing allergen controls, and contributing to hospitality events.

Serve as the firms front-of-house ambassador across multiple floors: greet visitors, manage meeting room bookings (Condeco), answer calls and emails, support events, handle access cards and transport bookings, run daily reports, and perform general administrative and facilities coordination in a high-end corporate reception team.
