Owns end-to-end recruitment for hospitality and operational roles, from vacancy briefing, advertising, sourcing, screening, and shortlisting through interviews, offers, pre-employment checks, and onboarding. The role partners closely with hiring managers, maintains recruitment systems and candidate pipelines, delivers a positive candidate experience, and supports recruitment events and careers fairs. It is a full-time hybrid position requiring prior recruitment experience, strong communication, organization, relationship-building, and confidence using recruitment technology.

Leads the people agenda for the BA Lounges contract, partnering with senior and operational leaders on recruitment, employee relations, engagement, performance, development, talent, and succession. Manages the internal People Team, provides HR guidance and coaching, promotes an inclusive and high-performing culture, and aligns employee and management objectives with organizational goals. The role also supports communication, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, and employee growth in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Provides practical HR guidance to managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, engagement, performance management, employee relations, and retention. Builds trusted stakeholder relationships, coordinates people initiatives, supports employment law and inclusion activities, and helps implement the organizational People Plan across hospitality contracts.
