Provide friendly, high-standard food and beverage service at 116 Pall Mall; take orders, serve and clear items, maintain stock rotation, follow health and safety and company procedures, handle customer enquiries and complaints, and present professionally.

Coordinate event planning and administration from enquiry through completion for weddings, conferences, meetings, receptions, and dinners. Manage event documentation, forecasts, financial tracking, client communications, site visits, tastings, upselling, and operational briefings. Collaborate with sales, operations, and venue leadership to ensure seamless delivery, meet deadlines and budgets, maintain compliance, and support business development through new packages, venue promotion, and networking.

Supervise executive-floor hospitality operations, including VIP guest hosting, fine dining and silver service, meeting-room scheduling, events, facility issue follow-up, food and beverage coordination, stocktaking, and adherence to service and accounting standards. The role requires maintaining exceptional presentation, etiquette, customer service, and operational standards while supporting executive directors and corporate visitors.
