Build and deploy scalable AI applications, intelligent agents, and AI-powered features in production. Collaborate with research, data science, and product teams; evaluate emerging AI technologies; and promote responsible AI through bias detection, explainability, and safety alignment. The role requires production machine learning experience, strong Python and AI framework skills, cloud and MLOps experience, and expertise in deep learning, NLP, and large language models.

Design, build, and operate highly available infrastructure for an enterprise generative AI platform. Responsibilities include SRE, DevOps, platform engineering, Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure, Terraform or Pulumi automation, incident response, SLOs, observability, reliability improvements, and cross-functional system design. The role requires end-to-end ownership of production systems, automation using Python or Go, AI-assisted workflows, post-mortems, and strategic platform planning.

Develop and execute quality strategies for AI agents and LLM-powered applications. Build automated testing frameworks, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, validate AI model behavior, manage test data and mock services, monitor production quality, and lead defect analysis through resolution. Collaborate with product, machine learning, data science, and engineering teams to improve reliability, performance, and trustworthiness.
