Lead delivery of media strategy and campaigns for the JPMorgan Chase account across planning, activation and measurement. Drive brand planning, data/tech/analytics strategy, testing roadmap, client forecasting and annual planning. Manage client relationships, lead meetings, identify commercial opportunities using EM/GroupM products, and mentor teams to champion WPP/GroupM tools and a growth mindset.

Execute and optimize paid search campaigns, deliver media plans, billing, reporting and analysis. Mentor junior staff, ensure QA and process adherence, run experiments and testing, liaise with clients and suppliers, use PPC tools and platforms, and manage project tasks to meet SLAs and improve performance.

Work within the Data Science and Modelling team to collect and process data, run statistical/time-series analyses to measure marketing impact, prepare client presentations, and collaborate with account teams to convert findings into actionable recommendations.
