Drive regional staffing and strategic resourcing by ensuring account teams follow methodology and best practices. Source and manage high-volume, full lifecycle recruiting across levels, maintain candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews and offers, liaise with partner agencies, troubleshoot hiring obstacles, educate stakeholders on sourcing strategies, and act as an SME and Equal Employment Officer to support diverse hiring and onboarding.

Manage end-to-end onboarding for candidates across multiple client vendor management systems. Coordinate background checks, drug screens, documentation, start dates, and compliance. Partner with Resource Management, Sales, Legal, and Hiring Managers, maintain tracking data and reports, update client processes, and educate internal stakeholders on onboarding procedures and system use.

The role involves leading Microsoft Cloud and AI transformations for UK enterprise clients, focusing on strategic consulting, technical leadership, and business development. Responsibilities include advising on technology solutions, engaging with C-suite executives, and guiding project delivery for diverse industries like financial services and retail.
